The shame of Spanish Barristers
( use an automatic translator from Spanish to read that pages )
Addendum.
After reading pages of M.A. Gallardo, I wrote him as per claimed by himself he was interested in cases about judicial corruption. Nevertheless whatever stated in his pages, he is only interested into bids / professional contracts.

To readers. Some things to do, and feedback
aboard. And I see how most Spaniards even doesn't answer your mail. Anyway no help was
received. And you may imagine what can I do in front of the whole State and its Corporations.
Therefore a re-planning task was due.
All this is linked with the fact that the whole country ( maybe with the exceptions of Catalonia and the Basque Country ) is a fictional one, that even today hasn't assumed the fact that its long decline from the very top to almost dissolution was due to its unability to positive and creative way to assume and overcome the past. In fact, psychologically, Spain is more linked to Near East that to Center Europe. His case hasn't been as dramatic as the Arab countries, but it has elements in common. In Spain never has been a real Revolution.
Religion, or rather, a certain way to interpret it, the Roman Catolic one, was a capital element of its superstructure. To summarize, within that psychological umbrella, everything is permited, provided that in the 'last instant' you became converted and ask your sins be perdonned. This is an important source of corruption. Another key element is the imaginative idealism. This consist in the position of which not liking his present, but not having capabilities, resolution or committement to change things, build a fictional scenery, and settle himself in it, with time, this is his real environment. Confusing delirant ideas with reality. This environment trend to be closed. Spain has been, and in part still is, a rather closed country. Hermetic country.
Individuals, in their common life, show traces of what described. So, cooperation is rather difficult. Spaniards act under the direction of a leader. Sometimes, as reaction, they showed an anarquic trend. This psycho-sociological environment is dangerous at all levels. It's difficult to escape from it. It acts as a 'black hole'. What you fight trend to link you.
However, I think all that is not good for Health, Love, Self Achievement and Happyness. And I firmly beleive that all human beings have to fight for their rights, and fight against anything/anyone who rape / prevent them.
What to do ?
Is not possible fix all problems a a time.
Problems lasting centuries cannot be fixed in days.
But is necessary give steps in the right direction.
1.- Create a true democratic culture from Primary School onwards.
Fostering lectures on human values, solidarity, self achievement.
Developping experimental classes to teach/learn nature. Caring nature. Planting trees. Cleaning lands. Traveling.
2.- Total reform of Judiciary.
Free access of citizens to Courts.
Creation of a commission to simplify all Laws, Regulations and Proceedings of the State.
Set up instruments to claim for effective responsibility of all Civil Servants of the State.
3.- Reform of the political parties, to convert them in truly democratic bodies. Open lists in
elections. Elaborate a reglament of duties of Members of Parliament towards theirs electors
( right now, M.P.'s may even doesn't answer a letter sent from you, neither receive you in
their office ) . Really, the actual M.P.'s are very like those in the Franco' times towards
citizens. Try to speak with them is like try to speak with God. And, if by any exceptional
case ( 'amity', any kind of relationship ), a M.P. grant you a rendez-vous, then the real
interest for your problems is null. In Spain, distance between 'theoretical citizens' and
high Civil Servants or Deputees is infinite. If you go once to the Parliament House, you lost
the envies to repeat.
I think that a way to begin reverse these things is set up public Platforms to debate,
disseminate panflets, and set up agreed procedures to act/react collectively. This is
really affordable. This is a way that implements Civic Active Resistence.
The Parliament Square, in Madrid, is a suitable place for a weekly democratic kermesse.
I wait your constructive feedback. Thank you.
Just seconds after completing this post, I received in the mail this moving letter who I add here.

That is how you make Peace
The war in Lebanon has ended and the fast rhythm of life might make us forget what happened; yet the trauma and the lack of communication with the other side prepetuates the hostility in the Middle East.
During the happiness workshops of the Association for Prosperity and Security in the Middle East, which are based on The Way to Happiness® booklet, children and adults get the opportunity to unload what's on their hearts.
During one of those happiness workshops the children arrived to the conclusion that they can influence on their own lives and on the happiness of others. They also understood from the discussion that it is possible that the are children in Lebanon exactly like them that suffered – just like them - from shelling while in war.
There was an immediate decision to do something about that, and each kid took a paper and wrote on it what he would say if he met a Lebanese kid that set in a shelter during the bombs (see the attached picture). Here's what they wrote:
To the kid who felt the war: I also felt like that and I know how you feel, and it has ended, thanks god. Now we can go back to the routine and I also know that you felt fear, panic and suffer. Ronali.
TO the fifth grader in Lebanon. I really feel sorry for you since we sent many rockets and Katiushas at you, more then you sent to us. with best regards, Adir, Z.
To… I wish to say that I'm very sorry for the war and I hope all your families and friends are Ok and that everything will go back to the way it was before and there will be no more war! Suri.
In the 70s it took several years to educate the public that there are protected flowers which are forbidden to pick. We believe that activities like those received by pupils of all grades in both countries will raise a generation that will be aware to the fact that across the border live… people! People who actually don't want to bomb anyone and do not like to be bombed.
It is a fact that as for this moment there's one team who actually take effective action about that –
"The Way to Happiness" team.
Would you like to help to creating a better future?
If most of the population thought like that, how would life be in the Middle East?

9th Mars 2008 Gen.Elections: One vote lost
I'm not interested about aby particular political party. MP lists are closed. So, you have to vote the complete list; no add, no withdraw.
I sent a fax to the Consulate of Spain in Marseille... telling them my wish to vote, my site of registration ( commune ), and address. No answer so far. I sent a mail to the Socialist Party, in Madrid, in similar terms. No answer so far. Maybe they think they have votes in excess ( excess of confiance normally don't give good results ).
Years before, after I had to leave my house for the exclusive enjoy of my ex-wife and their children, somehow I was withdraw of the census of Spain.
The system do know what to do with electors.
Sometimes, deads voted in Spain. Sometimes have been 'problems' with the vote of emigrants.
I beleive it is a bad affair to despise even a single vote. You don't know a priori if even a single vote may give a deputy to a party or not.
Besides, this way to act is a meprise to democracy.
Today 26th Feb., I received a letter from Consulate of Marseille telling me that due date to apply
to vote was late 9th Feb.

Pending to fix
But the state never will renounce at that resort of pow er and control. The only way is by force.
Here is a list of pending affairs, who need volontiers to proceed with them.
> Forensic reports
Is necessary to do a research about them, to see the degree of rightness or prevatication with
economic interests.
> The situation in Psychiatric Hospitals. Forensic reports are a very dangerous weapon in the
hands of Justice, who can send a person to the Gulag, and made him dissapear of the world
of living humans.
> Campaign to recover citizens rights, between them, one of the very basic ones, the free and
irrestricted access to Court. We must end with a situation in wich access to Court is kidnapped
by Lawyers and Procurators. Many people accept injustices and damage by not go to Courts,
prefering that to hire Lawyer and Procurator, who commands high bills for their 'work'.
This monopoly of Justice has to end.
> Democracy ilself is kidnapped by political parties, who don't have internal democracy, and
don't serve the citizens' interests. Let you think, to give an idea, that most deputees even
doesn't answer letters send to them. Neither gave rendez vous to electors. I don't understand
how citizens accept that situation. A shame.
> In general, Civil Servants see citizens as ennemies, who when going to their offices is to
disturb ( to make them work ), or make them think.
It's a must to make all the Spanish Administration in situation to serve the people, who is who
thru their taxes pay their salaries ( and their lifelong work ).
One day, I'll write here about a forensic report made ex profeso to destroy my family.
Like always, with a insidious style to say things without stating explicitely, but implicitly.
His author was the president of a Rotary club of Madrid, and University teacher, Enrique Esbec.
I'll come back on him later.
Spain and Kosovo
Why?
I don't know what image have foreign observers about this country. Even a considerable part of their inhabitants. Because, and it may appear extrange, but Spain has even today big influence from the past, still not analyzed objectively, hence not assumed neither surpassed, who when confronted with their Europeans neighbours gave origin to a complex of inferiority, and a tic of rigidity, manifested in many aspects of their behaviour in scene. Not a land for diplomacy.
Spaniards trend to act with severity towards the weaks, and rather cowardize to strong ones. The State is weak, dominated by a coalition of lobbies, in unstable equilibrium.
As there is no democracy neither Justice, grievance towards middle and working class is high, and a substantial part of 'citizens' ( who are such only in paper ) are ressentled towards the State.
This internal weakness, could dismembre the State at its due time.
The lack of Justice and Democracy will be the originating factors.
Nevertheless, the nomenklatura will say otherwise.
Always is the same.
Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose.
The liar may lie. Even to himself. But not always. And in the very deep, some unrest is neverending rolling.
The nomenklatura of Spain has motifs to be concerned about Kosovo.

Seen in the webpage of one of my former 'supporters
""Febrero, 2008 | por Luis Bertelli |
El Tribunal Constitucional ha conseguido de tapadillo el privilegio de la irresponsabilidad -LO 6/2007, de 24 de mayo- y puede que pronto veamos proclamada oficialmente la inmunidad de los demás jueces porque como acertadamente dijeraThomas Paine, uno de los más grandes defensores de los derechos humanos, en la pasividad de los pueblos está el origen de todas las tiranías.""
The problem is that somehow, many Spaniards like very much appear as champions of solidarity, the fight for freedom, democracy, and so on... But in the real life is just the opposite.
It's very hard to find really committed people in Spain. Then, someones may think that I follow an individualistic way. As said, this very same Mr. Bertelli abandoned my support years back. And it's not convenient call a second time to a door once closed to you. If betrayed, only once. No more.
I think convenient clarify that in the past I didn't call for support from Institutions or persons ( between these last, the very same Mr. Bertelli ) because of lack of entrepreneurship, initiative, lack of maturity, or lack of self confidence. It was because of, as said already in my internet sites, in Spain, common citizens are prevented to appeal to Courts. They have to hire the services of Lawyer and procurator, and these persons are in favor of the Judiciary, not in favor of citizens neither civil liberties. We are considered by the Spanish Judiciary as mentally undicapped persons, unable to be self represented. It's in my opinion a big shame this state of things, but things are this way. In this country there are Corporations ( Lawyers, procurators, physicians, psychologists, etc... ) who do configure a State that is NOT a democracy. Rather a fascist system. Yes, even today.
In situations of loneliness, I remember the words of M.K. Gandhi when refused to rest in that small muslim hameau of Bengal: " If noone listen your message, go ahead alone".
So, I go on alone. Entoured by Spanish jackals.
It's clear that everyone has his own sense of dignity.
During the most violent period of judicial conflicts, due to the separation process, who gave origin to multiples demands against me, in an intent of annihilation ( Spanish lawyers can start demands without incurring in temerity, and for free, and without ulterior criminal neither civil responsibility ), all Judges of Colmenar Viejo ( Madrid ) were involved in demands against me.
Due to concomitant interest against me, in my opinion, based upon facts, I applied for recusation of all these Judges.
After several distracting and labor generating manoeuvres, the substitute Judge Carmen Viñaras Gimenez, herself incursed in one of my recusation petition, issued a resolution of unacceptancy.
Therefore, the same person acted as part and judge in that affair.
In Spain there is a very strong pressure against anyone trying to recuse a Judge.
While I think that an honest and decent person should inhibite of "motu propio" of the instruction of any lawsuit if requested by any contender.
For me, is a question of class, decency and human dignity.

The horrors of Spain is a neverending list. In my case, with the Justice practices in first term.
For me, having lived in Spain for 56 years, is an atonishing affair still today see how an European country, who was not bad till XVI Ce. is so backward and showing today practices that unqualify it as a modern and democratic State.
Almost histories are away from reality, because of not written by concerned people telling clearly how perform the Justice, the Educational, taxation, relationshiop between Civil Services and people ( citizens are rather scarce; rather subjects ).
Just now, write a personal history of Spain will take a lot of time. And I need the time to some other creative things. So, I've thought that an intermediate approuch will be to write from time to time brief pictures of events of my life. Criminal people like very much close the mouth of their victims. So, I'll will not close mine one. Second, it's necessary, and revolutionary, spread the truth. Maybe these words be useful to anyone.
The heading sentence was one of the first ones the lawyer of my ex-wife told me in the far days of July 1994. She was government payed. In Spain, only Lawyers can appeal to Courts. They can start plaintiffs for free. Only them. The other people are obligated to hire them ( Lawyer plus Procurator, two figures ) to appeal to Court. This is a way to ruin many people. It is a big disgrace for Spaniards have the Judicial system they have.
A heavy and thick silence fly around and over the Justice of Spain. A country with internalized fear.
